She loves to flaunt her figure as much as possible. Every so often she will tie a strand of black ribbon around a strand of her bangs in a criss cross pattern. Her make-up is always some shade of blue, even her lipstick. When she wants to, she has two pairs of wings she can call forth. One pair is that of blue flaming phoenix wings. The other is of blue and yellow fish fin like fairy wings. *seen below* She usually has a glow about her, making her look like a dream or a goddess to many people, sometimes even a ghost. Under her left eye is a dark blue scar that looks like a claw mark, supposedly its from Aries, but not known for sure. ~PERSONALITY~ Tsura is very quite and has no friends. She keeps to herself and always has. She only speaks when spoken too, and is very quiet when doing so. She hardly ever makes eye contact when speaking to someone. She always follows orders of people above her, no matter what they are. ~BIOGRAPHY~ She has no memory of her family or much of her past. At the appearance age of 12, she woke up from a coma in an orphanage. The only things she can remember from her past are meeting with her cousin, Duane, at a family reunion and her senshi powers. Doctors believe the she and Duane have a connection of some sort, and that is why she only remembers him as her family. When she was apparently old enough to leave the orphanage, Aries met up with her and learned of her powers. She had her brainwashed and has been using her for her dirty work ever since. ~WEAPONS~ Malice Flame- a mace made of the rarest unbreakable blue crystal from Mercury. ~TRANSFORMATION~ Icicle Falls- Icicles fall around her in a circle, like a waterfall. She spins around inside the icicle pillar. The icicles then freeze and burst into flames. Tsura walks out of the flames, transformed with what ever pair of wings she wants wide spread. ~UNIFORM~ *see picture* ~Attacks and Abilities~ She can control and contort cold fire, which is blue and cold to the touch. She is believed to be a goddess by some cultures because cold fire is considered sacred. (some how, and it has not been found out why or proven if true, she has a few of the abilities of the Phoenix Mantle.) “Ice Ray” – A basic ray of cold fire bursts from her hands at incredible speed. “Icicle Fire Storm” – Almost the same as Ice Ray, but it hits a broader area and can be aimed at more then one opponent. “Valesti Firefly”- a very physical attack. She throws a round of 15 punches at her opponent, her fists engulfed in cold fire. After words, she comes back at them with a flurry of 20 roundhouse kicks toward the stomach region. “Cold Stream”- Rows of cold fire rush at her opponent. As they go by, icicles as sharp as knives are flung out at them. “Desolate Flame” – a stream of cold fire swirls out from the ground and up around her body as she spins inside it. She then fires it out at her opponent, letting it swirl around them. It then starts to form to their body and burn them. It has been able to burn to death. “Prayer for the Lonely”- She clasps her hands in a prayer and rings of cold fire form around them. She then points her clasped hands at her ally, sending the rings of healing energy into them. *Can only be used when she isn’t being controlled.* “Freak Cold” – she holds out her hands and an area of 50 feet around her is turned to ice in an instant. She can also aim this at one person, freezing them to almost near death.
